Paper Presentation
- Each paper presentation is 20 min. long: with 15 min. oral presentation followed by discussion
- All lecture rooms are equipped with a computer and a projector. The projector interface is HDMI and the resolution is automatically adjusted
- Presenters are kindly asked to bring their presentation (presentation file in pdf format) on a USB flash drive in advance. Alternatively, presenters may use their own laptop if specific software or requirements are needed
- Please avoid using special fonts, as they may not be displayed correctly
Poster Session
- The poster session starts with a 3 minute flash talk by each author, followed by discussion at the poster panels
- Flash talk materials will be presented on PCs set up at the venue, so please submit your presentation file in advance
- Further details regarding submission procedures will be communicated by the session chairs in due course
