Paper Presentation

Each paper presentation is 20 min. long: with 15 min. oral presentation followed by discussion
All lecture rooms are equipped with a computer and a projector. The projector interface is HDMI and the resolution is automatically adjusted
Presenters are kindly asked to bring their presentation (presentation file in pdf format) on a USB flash drive in advance. Alternatively, presenters may use their own laptop if specific software or requirements are needed
Please avoid using special fonts, as they may not be displayed correctly

Poster Session

The poster session starts with a 3 minute flash talk by each author, followed by discussion at the poster panels
Flash talk materials will be presented on PCs set up at the venue, so please submit your presentation file in advance
Further details regarding submission procedures will be communicated by the session chairs in due course
