Call for papers/submition
Prospective authors are invited to submit their scientific contributions, i.e., Full Papers (6–12 pages) and/or Poster Papers (4 pages). All accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Proceedings of ICGG 2026 and indexed in Scopus and EI Compendex.
Papers must contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted elsewhere. The contributions will be selected through a peer-review process. After acceptance, authors can prepare and submit the camera-ready version/final contribution of their papers.
Selected papers may also be invited to submit to the Journal for Geometry and Graphics (JGG). Submission of Poster Papers and associated Poster Presentations is encouraged, and authors may submit one or more contributions.
Formatting Instructions and Templates
All papers submitted to the ICGG 2026 Conference Proceedings must follow Springer’s official formatting guidelines. Authors are strongly encouraged to consult the Springer Conference Proceedings Guidelines for detailed instructions.
- General Guidelines & Instructions: Springer Conference Proceedings Guidelines
- Word Template: Download Word Template
- LaTeX Package: Download LaTeX Package
Full Papers should be between 6 and 12 pages in length and must be prepared strictly according to the Springer templates. These papers should include all figures, tables, and references within the page limit, and authors must ensure that all content is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
Poster Papers must consist of exactly 4 pages, and should include one figure only (either a single image or a composition of images) that is 11.9 cm wide by 11.5 cm high, so that it matches the layout of the corresponding printable A0 poster. This figure should be placed at the top of the third page, and the entire submission must follow the Springer template carefully. Authors are expected to incorporate reviewer comments and to avoid any form of plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
Authors are asked to follow the templates strictly and incorporate review comments, avoiding plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
Copyright and Permissions
Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for any third-party content included in their papers. For guidance on permissions and copyright transfer, please refer to: Springer Third-party Permissions Guidelines
Authors must also complete the Consent to Publish form for each paper, which grants Springer the rights to publish the paper. The form will be provided after acceptance.
Paper Submission
All papers will be submitted through Springer’s Online Conference Service (OCS). The portal will open soon, and authors will be notified once it is available.
Detailed instructions and access to the ICGG 2026 submission page will be provided at that time. For general guidance and detailed instructions on using OCS, see: Authors of Papers/Chapters – Springer OCS Support
For any questions or technical difficulties, please contact: icgg2026@grad.unizg.hr
Consent to Publish Form
After the notification of acceptance, all authors (at least the corresponding author) must complete and sign the Consent to Publish form to have their papers included in the ICGG 2026 Conference Proceedings. The form collects basic information about the contribution and author(s), and grants Springer the necessary publishing rights.
Instructions:
1. Download the ICGG 2026 Consent to Publish form
2. Fill in the following fields in the designated areas on each page:
- Page 1: Proposed Title of the Contribution, Author(s) Full Name(s), Corresponding Author Name
- Page 5: Signed for and on behalf of the Author, Print Name, Date, Address (full address including street, city/town, postal code, state/province, country), Email
3. Save the completed form as a PDF document.
4. Submit the PDF together with the camera-ready version of your paper via the EquinOCS system.
Note: Instructions regarding specific volume assignment will be provided by the conference organizers once all submissions are received.
Notification and Camera-ready Submission/Final Contribution
After receiving review results, authors must submit the final camera-ready version through OCS.
The following files are required for each paper:
1. PDF version of the camera-ready paper
2. Editable version (Word or LaTeX in ZIP format)
3. Consent to Publish form in PDF
