Dan Reznik (Data Science Consulting Ltd., Brazil) holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley. With a career spanning industry R&D, academia/teaching, consulting, and independent research, he has worked at Siemens Technology-to-Business, served as VP of Controls and IP at eSolar, and since 2011 has led data science projects across diverse sectors.

He also teaches Data Science at PUC and FDC business schools in Brazil. His research and experiments have focused on the dynamic geometry of Poncelet porisms, chiefly on locus phenomena and the identification of conservations. Having collaborated with some two dozen international colleagues, they have authored some three-dozen publications, all also available on arXiV.

Reznik has uploaded some 600 videos on YouTube of his experiments, as has released an open-source tool for the interactive visualization of Poncelet loci.
